Samantha is a junior, competing for her 3rd year competing for Mock Trial at Ohio State!
On the team, Sam is mainly an attorney with her favorite roles being defense closing arguments and defendant directs because they allow for a unique creativity and humanize a defendant. She is also a two year tournament director and loves the ins and outs of making sure the tournament experience is memorable and empowering!
After graduation, Sam hopes to represent wrongful conviction clients through the Innocence Project or (actually) use her STEM degree and to be a forensic agent and finding ways to minimize faulty forensic evidence.
Outside mock trial, Sam is part of the Ohio State Undergraduate Student Government and in her free time she loves visiting new cafes, baking, playing the violin, and scenic walks and hikes!
