Before trying out, you should know:

Mock Trial at Ohio State is a top-ranked nationally competitive program. Being ranked highly allows us to travel the country and compete against other top-tier teams. The program's sustained success is a testament to its culture of dedication, strategic thinking, and passionate performance.

As such a competitive program, we expect OSU team members to be dedicated to the team and to the program. Practices are held Monday and Thursday at 7PM, and usually last until around 10PM. During the week preceding a tournament, practices are often every day. Tournaments are weekend-long events that occur about once or twice a month, depending on the time in the season. OSU mockers are expected to come to practice with their parts prepared and ready to perform. 

Mock Trial demands a lot of your time, but the payoff is immense. We hold our members to high standards, and the strong friendships and shared sense of purpose make it a uniquely rewarding part of your time at OSU.
